What is The Hutcheson Method?

The Hutcheson Method is a 60-ish minute workshop to improve your mental health with10 minutes of effort each day.

The Hutcheson Method consists of 5 kinds of things we can do to feel better!

You will learn skills most people get with 16 sessions of talk therapy (or more) in less than the time it takes to watch Pulp Fiction.

What Are The 5 Things?

The 5 Things are:

  • Clocks

  • Chemistry

  • Consistency

  • Connection

  • Cognition

If we are addressing these each day in small ways, then we can make BIG changes in our life!

How Does The Hutcheson Method Work?

Over the last 35 years; I’ve put together my favorite tools to change moods for myself and for my hundreds of clients from all over the world.

After finishing the writing Be Calm: A Guided Journal; I thought about other ways I could help more people, faster.

After this meeting, you will be able to do things each day to:

  • actively change your body clock

  • change your blood chemistry to improve mood

  • better get what you need from others

  • make relationships better

  • actively challenge painful thoughts

Chris provided such great information on how I can introduce habits into my daily life that will improve my wellbeing! He is caring in his work. I would recommend!
